How does the volume-based labeling pricing work?

FNSKU labeling is billed across 4 tiers based on monthly volume: €0.50 excl. VAT up to 2,000 units, €0.45 (-10%) up to 3,500 units, €0.40 (-20%) up to 10,000 units, and on quote beyond that. Tier changes are automatic — no renegotiation.

Is pricing billed per item or per sellable unit?

Per sellable unit received. A single product = 1 sellable unit. A bundle of 3 products = 1 sellable unit. Billing follows what the marketplace sees, not what you physically send.

Is the polybag mandatory?

For bundles: yes, it's included by default at €0.15 excl. VAT/unit (to keep the kit together). For single units: optional at €0.12 excl. VAT/unit, on request or marketplace requirement.

How is the price for a bundle calculated?

Labeling at the current tier (e.g. €0.50 standard) + €0.15 polybag = €0.65 excl. VAT per sellable bundle unit. Example: 100 bundles = €65 excl. VAT for prep (cartons not included).

Is bubble wrap billed?

Standard bubble wrap is free (included in the carton price). Premium high-resistance bubble wrap is billed at €0.30 excl. VAT/meter only on request, for fragile products.

Is black stretch film an extra cost?

No, black stretch film is free. Useful to hide Retail Arbitrage cartons or simply make the shipment opaque.

What is an oversized product?

Any product exceeding 40 × 40 × 40 cm moves to oversized pricing: €2.00 excl. VAT/unit all-inclusive (labeling + stretch film + packaging). No carton is billed on top for these units.

Are there special conditions beyond 10,000 units/month?

Yes — beyond 10,000 units, custom conditions are defined in a call. This can include even lower labeling rates, specific SLAs, or additional services.

All published prices are excl. VAT. French VAT at 20% is billed on top.

Two standard sizes in double-wall: 36 × 36 × 37 cm at €1.50 excl. VAT (up to ~50 units, small volumes), and 60 × 40 × 40 cm at €1.90 excl. VAT (up to ~100 units, standard marketplace format). Bubble wrap included in both.

Are cartons optimized for fill rate?

Yes. Our team calculates the fill rate to minimize shipped volume (and therefore marketplace shipping fees). It's done on every shipment.

Do you reuse supplier cartons?

No. We use our own cartons to guarantee a standardized format. Original cartons are recycled — free of charge.

Is packaging recycling billed?

No, recycling of supplier cartons and pallets is 100% free. Removal and sorting to standards.

What are the prep turnaround times?

24 to 48h maximum on standard, regardless of your volume. On massive intakes (10,000 to 15,000 units at once), turnaround can stretch to 72h to scan, check and pack everything. In all cases we keep you posted from intake onwards.

Prep from France (Mudaison, 34) to FR, DE, IT, ES marketplaces. Shipping via daily UPS pickup.

150 sellable units per month. FBG-PREP isn't suited for one-off shipments or individuals.

Yes, 100%. Supplier labels covered, multiple invoices handled, varied original packaging accepted. No surcharge for this type of flow.

When do parcels leave for the marketplaces?

Daily UPS pickup (Mon-Fri) from the warehouse. Shipments ready before 3 PM go out the same day.

No, none. Parcels, pallets, containers — all formats accepted with no flat fee, no minimum, no frequency constraint.
