Six steps between the moment your boxes arrive and the moment your products land on the marketplace. Each step is measured and logged in your dashboard.

Receiving your goods
Boxes, pallets, containers — whatever the format. Check-in, scan, photo on receipt. No fees, no minimum per delivery.

Inspection and sorting
Scan by SKU/FNSKU and systematic visual inspection. Anomalies (breakage, missing SKU, wrong product) flagged immediately by email with photos.

Prep & labelling
High-resolution FNSKU print, compliant polybag (suffocation warning), bundling / kitting to your specs. Expiration dates checked. Retail Arbitrage supported: supplier labels covered.

Packing
60×40×40 cartons supplied, bubble wrap included. Optimised fill to reduce shipped volume and therefore your marketplace shipping cost.

Shipping
Daily UPS pickup from the Mudaison warehouse to Amazon and EU marketplaces (FR, DE, IT, ES). UPS tracking directly available in your client area.

Tracking
Centralised dashboard at fbg-prep-app.com: shipment statuses, SKU history, detailed invoices. Full traceability from receiving to shipping.

Our SLAs depend on the volume received in a single shipment (one-shot). On receipt, your units are prepared and handed over to UPS within these timeframes:
UP TO 3,000 UNITS
24 h
One-shot receipt ≤ 3,000 units.
3,001 TO 6,000 UNITS
48 h
One-shot receipt up to 6,000 units.
6,001 TO 10,000 UNITS
72 h
One-shot receipt up to 10,000 units.
Above 10,000 units in one shot: we'll call you to agree on the timeframe · Daily UPS pickup · Partial shipments possible
Retail Arbitrage: accepted, supported, encouraged.
Many prep centers refuse Retail Arbitrage because of the supplier-label and multi-source-invoice handling. At FBG-PREP, it's the heart of our flow: we accept shipments with varied original packaging, multiple invoices and supplier labels to cover.
No surcharge for this type of flow. No restrictions.
For sellers who move volume.
FBG-PREP is calibrated for regular flows. The minimum volume is 150 sellable units per month. Not suitable for one-off shipments, small-batch product tests, or private individuals.
